CFS3 Bell RP-63A "Pinball"

This is the 'Pinball' version of the P-63, developed late in WW II. These manned target aircraft were fired at by aerial gunnery students using .30 caliber lead and plastic frangible machine gun bullets which disintegrated harmlessly against the target's external Duralumin armor plating. Special instruments sent impulses to red lights in the nose of the "pinball" aircraft, causing them to blink when bullets struck the plane.  For this CFS3 version, the guns have been removed and the damage model has been modified so it's nearly impossible to shoot down with normal gunfire.

CFS3 Grumman G44 Widgeon

The Grumman Widgeon was conceived as a light personal and executive transport.  The prototype flew for the first time in July 1940, but America's entry into WW2 stalled plans for civilian production. The first production Widgeon was the military J4F1, a three seat anti submarine patrol and utility version for the US Navy.

This CFS3 model is very basic and is being released as-is.

CFS3 North American P-51H Mustang

This North American P-51H Mustang is an original gMax design by Jerry Beckwith.
This model used the virtual cockpit from the default CFS3 P-51D.

The fastest Mustang variant to enter service, and one of the fastest piston-engine fighters to enter production during World War II. The fin and rudder were significantly increased in height and the rear fuselage was lengthened to improve yaw stability. A weight-savings program reduced the empty weight to 6585 pounds. The Merlin engine was equipped water injection and could produce in excess of 2200 hp. Maximum speed was over 400 mph at sea-level and 487 mph at 25,000 feet.
